Join us for an inspiring online talk with yarn dyer and textile artisan Julie Asselin.
Ever bought a yarn you loved - then weren’t sure what to do with it? Or started a summer project that felt too heavy or too stiff? This talk is here to help.
Together, we’ll explore spring and summer yarns, what makes them different, and how fiber, twist, and construction affect the fabric you create. You’ll learn how to choose yarns for warm-weather garments and accessories, how needle size changes drapes, and how to avoid common warm-season mistakes.
A relaxed, welcoming session designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a better relationship with your yarn.
