Refund policy

Please inspect your order, whether purchased online or picked up in-store, upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IN-STORE RETURNS

An itemized receipt must be presented, or the items purchased under a customer account.

Unused needles and hooks may be returned within one week*.

Unused yarn, notions, accessories, and blankets may be returned within four months in new condition, with tags attached.

All sales are final on books, patterns, consignment products (as marked), clearance items, gift cards, and skeins wound into balls.

*With a gift receipt, needle sets may be returned within four months for store credit.

ONLINE RETURNS

To start a return, contact us at online @ beehivewoolshop.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please read below to confirm if your item is eligible for a refund.

Defective or damaged goods are eligible for a full refund, including your shipping charges, within 2 weeks of delivery of your shipment. 

Unused yarn, notions, accessories, and blankets may be returned within four months in new condition, with tags attached.

All sales are final on books, patterns, consignment products (as marked), clearance items, gift cards, and skeins wound into balls.

If you are unsatisfied with your needles, you may return them for a refund, minus the shipping charges, within one (1) week of delivery.  

If you are unsatisfied with your yarn, you may return them for a refund, minus the shipping charges, within four (4) months of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on books, patterns, clearance items, gift cards or skeins wound into balls. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  If you would prefer to exchange an item, we will hold the desired item for a maximum of 30 days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
