Our toques have a 10 cm (4”) folded brim resulting in a finished depth of approx. 21.5 cm (8.5”) and width of approx. 19 cm (7.5”); measured laying flat and unstretched, after blocking.
The pattern is designed with approx. 10 cm (4”) of negative ease, due to the stretchiness of ribbed fabric. Directions for adjusting the circumference and depth of the hat are included in the pattern.
