Knitting Level 2: Cabled Toque

Welcome back! If you've conquered the basics covered in our Knitting Level 1 class, you are ready for Knitting Level 2. 

In this class, you will make a toque to expand your knitting skillset. 

Students are required to purchase their own yarn, needles, pattern, and notions. Students receive a discount code for 15% off of the supplies for their class.

You will learn how to:

  • Cast on using the long-tail method
  • Read a pattern and understand common abbreviations
  • Work in the round using magic loop
  • Combine knits and purls for ribbing stitch
  • Increase and decrease
  • Knit cables
  • Follow a chart

You should know how to:

  • Cast on
  • Knit and purl

You need to bring:

  • Peregrina Tuque pattern by Nicole Bottles (available from Nicole and on Ravelry)
  • 100 g of worsted weight yarn. Light or bright shades preferable. Suggested:
