The lanolin from wool fat is collected during the process of preparing wool to spin or dye at the mill. It is soothing, gentle and pure with pleasing results. Since lanolin acts as a natural conditioner, keeping fibres soft, wool fat soap may also be used for washing all of your woollens and delicates by simply running under tepid water.
Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap uses the lanolin by-product from the Yorkshire wool industry. "A traditional soap that is kindness itself."
