ONLINE RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged goods for a full refund including your shipping charges within 2 weeks of delivery of your shipment.
To start a return, you must contact us at online@beehivewoolshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your needles, you may return them for a refund within one (1) week of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If you are unsatisfied with your yarn (you don't like the colour, etc), you may return it for a refund within four (4) months of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an item that you did not order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on books, patterns, clearance items, gift cards or skeins wound into balls.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IN-STORE RETURNS
All sales are final on books, patterns, clearance items, and skeins wound into balls.
Returns/exchanges on unused, saleable yarn are accepted up to a maximum of 4 months from purchase date, with an itemized sales receipt only.
Unused needles and hooks may be returned within 1 business day. Please contact us if you can't make it back to the shop.
SHIPPING
We ship to Canada and the USA exclusively with Canada Post / United States Postal Service.
Please note that shipping time estimates are calculated from the date that Canada Post receives your parcel, not the date that you place your order. We typically ship twice per week. Order cutoff times are Monday at 9AM PDT/PST for Tuesday delivery, and Thursday 9AM PDT/PST for Friday delivery.
