How to Enter
Now that 2022 is drawing to a close, it is time to look back at our year and celebrate our achievements! We are pleased to announce the second annual My Beehive FO contest to celebrate our talented community of knitters, crocheters, and other fibre artists that helps make the Beehive the vibrant store that it is.
You can enter to win our contest by posting a photo of your favourite Finished Object—or FO—using yarn or supplies from the Beehive to your social media. Use the hashtag #MyBeehiveFO2022 on your public page on Facebook or Instagram to be entered automatically. If you have a private account or no social media at all, please submit your entries via email using the hashtag #MyBeehiveFO2022 in the subject line.
Once again, contestants are entered to win one of three gift cards— two for $100 each and one grand prize for $250!
The contest closes on December 28th at 11:59pm, and winners will be chosen on December 29th, 30th, and 31st. A winner will be announced each day on social media, and we will send out one newsletter on the 31st with all the winners’ projects.
An exciting new feature for this year’s contest is our website gallery. Public posts made on Instagram using our hashtag can be viewed directly on our website! See our gallery here(link) or navigate to our website and find all information about this contest in the About tab. Note that some but not all entries submitted via email will be re-posted to our social media pages and included in the gallery.
