Honey Points FAQ

You must log in to your account to access the rewards panel and use your Honey Points. Click on the head-and-shoulders icon in the top right corner to do so. See linked help document, above, for step-by-step instructions. 

How Do I Earn Honey Points?
Earn 2 points for every dollar spent in store and online. Points are applied automatically with every purchase. For additional ways to earn points, see the "Earn Points" tab in the rewards panel (bottom right when logged in).

How do I sign up?
You can sign up for Honey Points in store or online by registering a customer account with us.  

If you have already created an account in our store, your online account will be automatically linked provided you use the same email address.

How Do I Redeem My Points?
Points can be redeemed in-store and online. You choose when you spend your points, and they never expire.

To see your available rewards, log in to your account and click on the Honey Points Rewards panel on the bottom right of any page on our website. Available coupons will have the "Redeem" button visible next to them.

How do I see how many points I have?
Your points are always visible via the yellow Honey Points panel accessible on any website page when you are logged into your account.  You can also ask a Beehive staff member at time of purchase when in our shop.

What about my Beehive Stamp Cards?
All your Beehive Stamp Cards can be redeemed for Honey Points. For every $15 stamp, you earn 45 points. 

Stamp cards can be returned to us in store or mailed to us at the address below with your full name, phone number, and the email associated with your account.

The stamp card program was retired in February 2020. 

Important Items of Note:

  • Once points have been redeemed on a purchase, they cannot be returned to your account. Please be certain before you redeem them.
  • Points are not transferrable, and have no cash value.
  • Multiple coupons, or multiple discount codes, cannot be redeemed at the same purchase.
  • Points can be redeemed on all items sold in the store or online, with the exception of Gift Cards.
