Contest Rules and Conditions

Contest is open to residents of Canada and the USA who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. 

1. Contest takes place from December 14th to December 27th, 2023, at 11:59PM PST.
2. Contest winners must have a customer account with Beehive Wool Shop. No purchase is necessary. Beehive employees and contractors are disallowed. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. 
3. Winning entries must be handmade objects in any fibre craft including knitting, crochet, needle felting, punch needle, etc. 
4. To enter contestants must either: 
   - post an image of their finished fibre-craft project either to their public Instagram or Facebook page and use the #MyBeehiveFO2023 hashtag
   - upload their image to our gallery page, located at www.beehivewoolshop.com/pages/mybeehivefo2023-gallery
   - submit their photo via email to info@beehivewoolshop.com with the subject line #MyBeehiveFO2023 . Contest entries without that subject line will not be included as they will not be caught by our contest filter.
5. Images submitted to our contest may be used by Beehive Wool Shop for marketing purposes, including on our own social media pages,on our website, or in newsletter distribution. Public posts to Instagram using the #MyBeehiveFO2023 hashtag will be featured on the Beehive Wool Shop website via the integrated gallery page. 
6. Prize winners are chosen by placing all contestants into a central spreadsheet, then using a random number generator. 
7. Prizes are two (2) $100 gift cards and one (1) $250 gift card. Gift cards have no expiry and are transferable. Contestants can only win one of these three prizes. 
8. Contestants will be contacted via email and/or the original method of contact. Contestants must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a prize is left unclaimed, a new winner will be chosen via random number generator. 
9. All winners will be chosen on December 28th and announced on December 29th, December 30th, and December 31st via social media. Newsletter announcements will take place on December 31st.
