We ship to Canada and the USA exclusively with Canada Post / USPS.
Shipping time estimates are calculated from the date that Canada Post receives your parcel, not the date that you place your order. See Canada Post's website for shipping time estimates to Canada and the United States.
We typically ship twice per week. Order cutoff times are Monday at 12PM PDT/PST for Tuesday pick-up, and Thursday 12PM PDT/PST for Friday pick-up. These pick up days may be impacted by weather, federal holidays, etc.
We offer a variety of shipping methods to offer a balance of speed and economy.

Curbside Pickup
Please wait for your Ready for Pickup email notice before coming to the store. We balance online order picking with in-store needs, and are working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Feel free to call the shop at 250-385-2727 if a rush pick-up is required.
