Refund policy
Please inspect your order, whether purchased online or picked up in-store, upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
IN-STORE RETURNS
All sales are final on books, patterns, clearance items, and skeins wound into balls.
Returns/exchanges on unused, saleable yarn are accepted up to a maximum of 4 months from purchase date, with an itemized sales receipt only.
Unused needles and hooks may be returned within 1 week.
Items returned with gift receipt eligible for store credit only.
ONLINE RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged goods for a full refund, including your shipping charges, within 2 weeks of delivery of your shipment.
To start a return, contact us at online@beehivewoolshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your needles, you may return them for a refund, minus the shipping charges, within one (1) week of delivery.
If you are unsatisfied with your yarn, you may return them for a refund, minus the shipping charges, within four (4) months of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on books, patterns, clearance items, gift cards or skeins wound into balls.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would prefer to exchange an item, we will hold the desired item for a maximum of 30 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
